Meridian Beach is a new lakeshore development on the Northeast side of Gull Lake in central Alberta. Gull Lake is one of the largest and most picturesque of Alberta’s lakes, located just north of Sylvan Lake. Gull Lake is quiet and undeveloped due to rigorous zoning control. Meridian Beach is close to Alberta population centers being just 2 hours from central Calgary and 1.5 hours from Edmonton.

Four phases of Meridian Beach have been constructed and approximately 100 lots have been sold. At Meridian Beach, you are free to choose your own builder and design your own cottage. We do have architectural guidelines that are designed to further enhance the already interesting and picturesque environment.
